Hardipanel Compressed Washroom Partition Specifications:
Supply only or supply and install washroom partitions as follows:
Divider panels to be 18mm thick Hardipanel
Compressed (two piece), factory fabricated and
secured to the back wall, and Hardipanel.
Compressed frontal panels using clear annodised aluminium
channels.
Decorative finish to be factory applied Stipple or Satin
polyurethane paint system.
Frontal panels to be 18mm compressed factory finished to
match dividers, and installed
with overhead clear anodised aluminium channel. Frontals
can be fixed to the floor in one of the following methods:
(a) In base channel
(b) On pedestals
Adhesive functional to 120 degrees Centigrade.
Overhead channel above doors to receive clear anodised
aluminium insert section.
Wall nibs to be secured to side wall/s with aluminium channel.
All exposed edges on frontals and nibs to be neatly arrised
before painting.
Cubicle doors to be 18mm thick may be medium density fibre,(MDF),
Hardipanel
Compressed or laminate faced and edged MDF panels as may
be requested.
Door hardware, consisting of two hinges, one slotted indicator,
one bolt and staple,
and one coat hook bumper are to be installed to hardware
manufacturers instructions.
