Warrenty:
Guardian Building Products (Qld) Pty Ltd warrants this product
to be free from defects in workmanship and manufacture
for a period of 6 years from date of invoice, and only
with proof of purchase from any claim. Guardian Building Products
(Qld) Pty Ltd's
obligation under warranty is limited to the repair or replacement
of product supplied
should investigation reveal any such product fault is evident.
We will warrant the fabrication process to be free of delaminating
or separation of the
components comprising the finished product as dispatched from
our factory.
The primary material components are warranted by their respective
manufacturers, and
any claims relating to these components solely will be directed
back to the material
manufacturer for resolution.
The board must be installed by competent tradesmen, strictly
in accordance with our
printed fixings instructions, and does not include faults caused
by unforseen structural and
defective forces by applied structures, or by any act of nature.
The product is to be stored in accordance with
our printed instructions, practices outside these requirements
will void any such warranty.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, mistreatment,
accident, negligence or misapplication or where
the product has been modified or altered in any
way. In the event of a claim, you must notify by correspondence
the faults within 7 days
from receipt, at which time we will inspect the fault and determine
whether the fault is
caused by manufacture. We reserve the right to refuse any warranty
work on any unsettled account until such account is paid in full.
Guardian Building Products (Qld) Pty Ltd is not liable for
any associated costs such as, loss of profits
or revenue, loss of equipment, loss of use of equipment, cost
of substitutes, claims by third parties, or otherwise.
