The ReadiPanel System offers ease of use and time savings with
pre-finished panels and substrates to fast-track
construction by virtually eliminating site cutting and minimizing waste. The integrity of the designs and coatings ensure a waterproof

Paint Systems:
ReadiPanel offers a number of optional paint systems. Each of these
paint systems offer
warranties providing both the specifier and customer with options
to match application and budget criteria.
Colours & finishes:
A range of standard colours is available in both solid and metallic
finishes. Depending on the specific project requirement, finishes offered, range from full
gloss to a 30% gloss satin finish.
Pre-fabrication:
All associated fabrication activities incorporating cutting
panels to size, pre-drilling, edge arrissing, laminating and
assembly are carried out in Guardian’s
Geebung factory under strict quality controlled
procedures.
Close liaison between customer and Guardian’s fabrication
staff can virtually eliminate any site cutting of
pre-finished panels, promoting savings in site labour and minimising
waste.
Installation specification:
Installation of both facia and facade systems shall be in accordance
with published technical design manuals produced by
James Hardie Building Products. Applications and details sought outside
the printed literature should be discussed with Guardian Building
Products (Qld) staff
or with James Hardie Building Products.
